Das Brüdigams existiert seit 2011 im Herzen von Eimsbüttel und wird seit September 2020 von Küchenchef Marco Krüger und Mitinhaberin Laura Gsellmann geführt. Hier trifft gehobene Bistroküche auf gemütliches, persönliches Ambiente. Möglichst regionale, saisonale Produkte werden schnörkellos, aber mit anspruchsvollem Küchenstandard serviert. Wir mögen es außergewöhnlich und gleichzeitig bodenständig.
