Ciro, Mario et Sal ont été les premiers des quelques rares chefs à visiter quotidiennement les marchés tôt le matin afin de sélectionner personnellement les ingrédients qui composeront le menu et chercher les produits les plus intéressants et les plus purs qui soient afin de vous les faire découvrir dans leurs plats originaux.
