We also have a fully stocked bar with huge TIKI party vibes and some crazy good drinks.It's a low key, any day, any occasion kind of joint. Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Bread is baked daily and all desserts, pastries and ice cream are all made on the premises using quality ingredients.

Malin is a small neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Rathdowne Village, Carlton North. Set in an 1880s property on the corner of Curtain and Rathdowne streets, the site has been renovated to honour the heritage of the building. The food menu, developed by Chef Clement Pilatre, samples European cuisine and showcases seasonal produce and frequently changing dishes. The drinks list favours emerging wine producers, while also giving a nod to the classics. Malin aims to deliver engaging service 5 days a week; with dinner served Wednesday to Saturday and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Visited Vatutto Restaurant for the first time yesterday and we were blown away by the excellent service and the quality and presentation of the meals. The owner and her staff could not do enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and we will definitely be going back! Keep up the great work.

Outstanding in every way from the moment you enter. There was clearly a lot of thought behind the restaurant. The room is lovely, tables set with linen. The room feels serene and luxurious. The food is superb, modern French with an Australian accent. Every dish was outstanding. Service is relaxed and friendly. I highly recommend a dinner at Malin. I look forward to a return visit.

Took my partner here for her birthday and the food was an absolute ripper! We had a Fiano wine that went perfectly well with our food. The owner was very warm and welcoming . Highly recommend
