Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. Toutefois, le Chef cuisinier Jason Saxby utilise rarement des ingrédients importés et est influencé davantage par les saisons et les techniques de cuisson modernes plutôt que par les recettes traditionnelles. Bon moment passé dans ce cadre merveilleux plein de féerie. Pour autant l’affluence des lieux occasionne un brouhaha permanent qui, à la longue, peut être dérangeant voir fatiguant. Le service est rapide et les plats et boissons sont originaux et très «instagrammables ». La qualité des produits utilisés est dans une fourchette haute. A recommander sans modération.

Un superbe endroit, un peu bruyant mais agréable. Le personnel est agréable même si nous avons du attendre nos boissons qui sont arrivées au milieu du repas malgré une commande en début de service. Je recommande
