The Basement Brewhouse situated in Bankstown Sports Club features it’s own microbrewery specialising in craft beer that’s brewed in-house and offers a wide variety of craft beers within Australia and around the world. Featuring 30 taps, we offer a wide range of craft beer, ciders, wine and tap cocktails. Throughout the year we have 10-13 Basement Brewhouse beers available on tap, all of which are brewed on site. Two of our most popular beers features our famous Kolsch and Pale Ale. The Basement Brewhouse features our very own Burger Bar that serves up award winning burgers, hotdogs, fries and our delicious gourmet meat and cheese boards. A sophisticated restaurant, with a large balcony overlooking the lush green of Brighton Lakes. There is something for everyone at The Pavilion Restaurant.In the late 1920s, a group of golfers created the North Brighton Golf Club on the opposite side of the Cooks River to Sydney Airport, using a tin shed on the course as a clubhouse and paying two shillings in rent to the landowner for their 18 holes.The rapid growth of international air transport after WWII meant major runway extensions that eventually forced the Club to find a new home, and in 1950 a new site in Milperra was found, and the New Brighton Golf Club was formed.In 1979, the Club had part of the course resumed to make way for the building of the M5 Motorway. Construction of four new replacement golf holes commenced in June 1980, with players teeing off from 1982. The necessary redesign of the layout enabled New Brighton to attain Group One status.

    Very good feed,great service and a very nice outdoor area. Me guests were also very happy. Keep up the great work. Just a Pity there is no Coca Cola option and only Pepsi

    Had dinner with my partner, staff were all very friendly and respectful. We really enjoyed talking to some of the staff that came up and had a conversation with us! Food and drinks were great as well. We found the music to be a bit loud at the end, but other than that we had a good night! :)

    Had valentines evening at the brewhouse. Got a super comfy booth seating , arrived early for happy hour. $10 for 10 wings. Best wings I’ve ever had. Great ambience, great friendly staff . Love this place 👌

    This is located inside the Bankstown Sports Club. The food we had was good. except the vegetable dish which was disappointing. Service was okay but most serving staff was young and inexperienced, and most of them could not speak Chinese and could not explain the Chinese dishes. It is easy to park in the club.

    We were first timers to the area. What a lovely place to dine. Staff were friendly, Meals were quick to come out. Proportions were huge & also priced reasonably. We joined the Club for a members discount. The kids loved looking at all the train station memorabilia which gave a station vibe.
