Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards. We also have a wood fired oven, where an array of pizzas are cooked, some topped with meatballs, salami's and of course Prosciutto, a range of other plates, like a trio of dips with freshly baked bread, home-made meatballs, home-made gnocchi and many other "Little Tings". There were four of us in the party and we all ordered something different. All the meals were really exceptional and we all really enjoyed our dinner. It was a very busy Saturday night, so we were very pleased that we had a table in the quieter section. The atmosphere was amazing and it's obviously a popular place to be!

We went for the Feed Me menu after seeing a show at The Princess Theatre. Being vegan our options were limited but every plate was super delicious! The staff were engaging, friendly and helpful. Although we had a small table almost in a corner it didn't feel cramped and we hardly noticed the diners around us. Great value. Great location. Amazing food. Highly recommend

I had the best afternoon, I booked outside even though it was hot, we were placed under the shade (even offered inside). The wait staff were incredible, very quick at taking our orders and bringing them out. Can’t wait to go back.

Have to be my favourite pub . The specials are the best value for money . Steak all day and into the night on a Tuesday and roast for $24 on a Sunday . Excellent service from our waiter “Darius” so professional and knowledgeable . I like to dine here every couple of months as I live on the Mornington Peninsula and this would have to be the best pub meal ever . So Thankyou I will be back .
