Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. Another fabulous meal thanks to the creative genius of Neil Perry! Exquisite food that was perfectly crafted by the stellar team of chefs at Songbird. Ambiance was warm and inviting, held in balance by Valentina who looked after us for lunch. It was truly an one for the ages - thankyou

We have been a number of times to the Ambassador Training Restaurant and again it didn't disappoint. We all felt that out waiter Ben had served us a few months prior and we were impressed with his increased confidence and demeanour. The food was excellent as seems usual. We will look forward to repeating our experiences at a future date. Thanks to the teachers and staff who have contributed to this excellent experience.

The food was decent and the ambience was nice. Service was however under par, there was no one at the front when we were looking to order and basically waited 5 minutes but other than that the food came out quick after ordering and taste was good too.
