On arrival please ensure speedy ordering from your group so that we may give your table the service it deserves. A delay in ordering can cause a backlog in the kitchen as dishes are individually crafted. Our kitchen closes at 4.00pm sharp, last booking permitted is at 3.30pm.

Salt's name comes its Salthill locale - which itself was derived from salt works that were once here - plus the nearby sea and, of course, the seasoning.
