La hauteur de plafond et les ventilateurs de la salle principale, rappellent l'ambiance d'un manoir Texan. Une délicieuse assiette de filet de boeuf de première qualité ou un duo de cailles farcies au crabe et dorées au Cognac sont de bons exemples des plats du jour que l'on peut trouver chaque jour au tableau.

A Houston native, Kate became Tony’s first female Executive Chef in 2013. After a brief hiatus exploring writing and co-hosting a podcast, she returned in 2022 as Executive Chef and Partner, continuing Tony’s legacy.
