Located in the heart of Islamorada at mile marker 81.6, Pierre's Restaurant is set amidst a glorious, palm-lined beach overlooking blue waters, with walking paths through tropical flowers and a thatched forest. The two-story exterior resembles the old colonial style residences found in West Africa, but its interior reflects different cultures from around the world. Pierre's offers fine dining on the second floor. Guests may enjoy meals indoors, or on the balcony-accompanied by Islamorada's spectacular sunsets and tropical views. The Green Flash Lounge serves guests on the main floor and the downstairs veranda. Outdoor seating is first come, first served and not available to be reserved.

As such, its walls are adorned with surfboards, longboards, sail and kite boards, as well as many original 60’s surf posters. The Café’s menu showcases the freshest in local seafood and produce, the fare is both innovative and eclectic. The Café’s bar and wine offerings are equally noteworthy. The Café is open for dining seven days a week from 11 AM to 10 PM.
