At Mallard, Chef Johnson will apply classic and global techniques to the culinary traditions of the south while incorporating the best local and regional ingredients available. Press Club is a record bar and cocktail lounge with a focus on the curation of guest experience and providing maximum levels of hospitality. The name is an homage to DC while also evoking the pressing of records and the ingredients used to craft our cocktails.Our Playlist Experience is a four course cocktail tasting flight featuring culinary techniques and seasonal ingredients. Accueil… comment dire on avait l’impression de gêner. Obligé d’insister pour avoir un jus d’orange, le serveur ne voulait pas ouvrir sa bouteille pour servir 3 verres… Jne fois ces désagréments passés, nous avons passé un bon moment.

Nous nous sommes régalés, personnel très accueillant et très gentil, c’était notre premier restaurant à Washington, nous ne sommes pas déçus !

Nous avons pris les menus à 55$. Tout était très bon mais nous avons été déçu par les quantités notamment pour le saumon ainsi que pour les desserts. Il n’y a que trois desserts avec cette formule dont un qui est trois boules de sorbet mais les boules étaient vraiment petites. Le cadre, l’ambiance étaient très agréables ainsi que le service même si nous avons été déçu de ne pas avoir une petite attention au moment du dessert car nous avions spécifié que nous venions pour un anniversaire, juste une bougie sur le dessert aurait été apprécié.
