Crispin is an all day restaurant & wine bar in Spitalfields serving seasonal sharing plates, low intervention wines & cocktails.Our chefs are led by the talented Lewis de Haas (ex Petersham Nurseries & The Shed). Canary Wharf workers have a new waterfront wine bar as Humble Grape opened on Mackenzie Walk, along the water’s edge.On the wine list you’ll find 30 wines by the glass (they’ll rotate these regularly) as well as more than 400 wines by the bottle all with the focus on wines from small family wineries that champion sustainable, organic, or biodynamic practices. We had the tasting menu with wine pairings and thoroughly enjoyed the night. The overall feel was casual but the level of service made the evening special. The wine pairings in particular were all super interesting choices with interesting tidbits about of the wine makers given with each glass. Would highly reccomend for a special dinner.

A very buzzy place with great background music at a level that didn't impede chatting. We shared oysters which were delicious, scallops, and bavette steak along with a carafe of white. Service was really good even though the restaurant was full. Need to book as they were full and would recommend.

Food excellent. 2 out of 3 in our party ordered the fish pie which was quite popular throughout the restaurant and was a great hit at our table.
