We’re now bringing the feel of a bustling San Sebastián local bar to North London.The kitchen is run by Simon Shand, former head chef of now closed Michelin starred Leroy and fellow San Sebastián obsessive. His menu is an ode to San Sebastian Pintxo bars, offering a mix of pintxos and plates, including Gildas, black pudding with damson, sautéed mushrooms with egg yolk.
