Il est situé au coeur du village de Kew (ouest de Londres), loin de l'agitation et du bruit de la vie urbaine. Le restaurant se trouve un peu en retrait du bar principal, où le service aux tables est offert. Le menu change sur une base mensuelle, en fonction des produits de saison et de ce qui le marché offre de meilleur. La carte des vins est développée mais abordable. Elle est fréquemment mise à jour grâce à des dégustations offertes aux clients, qui choisissent ce qui figurera sur la liste. Le bar est l'attraction principale du bâtiment, vous accueillant avec son grand feu et ses canapés confortables. Le menu à la carte est disponible dans le bar.
