Chef Jimmy has 12+ years experience in some of London's most popular restaurants including Elliots in Borough Market, Crispin and Lardo in Hackney; having trained at the Michelin-starred 'Neptune' in Norfolk, he brings the same level of skill and attention to his own menu of refined yet casual plates. Signature dishes include our Fried Cheese croquettes with house lime pickle; Padron Peppers with Seaweed Salt and Tare sauce; Focaccia that is baked on-site daily; and our dry-aged Beef Burger which has quickly become a signature dish and fan favourite.
