Morso is a modern community-centred restaurant and bar, serving hand-crafted fresh pasta and small plates of Italian bites alongside innovative Grappa-based cocktails. We take inspiration from Italian tradition but give all of our dishes a Morso twist. All of our food is served in small portions allowing our guests to discover a variety of styles in one meal. On the bar front, we chose Grappa as our champion spirit. Distilled from wine pomace, Grappa is a superlative drink and highly versatile. Patri has several meanings, in Hindi it means Pavement, in Urdu it means Track and in ancient Sanskrit its means a vessel or small furnace. The name took us back to our origins and we decided to use Pavement, Tracks, and Furnace to come up with a street food menu containing all three elements. Our starters are street food classics on pavements in India and Pakistan. Our grills are freshly cooked in the tandoor at over 400 degrees to replicate cooking in a furnace. Ember Yard is the fourth restaurant from Salt Yard Group and has been influenced by our travels around Spain and Italy and their methods of cooking over charcoal and wood.We commissioned and custom built a bespoke, Basque-style grill and sourced some amazing single species sustainable charcoal and wood from Kent to cook with. We use only the finest seasonal produce, and introduce – as has become our style – our spin on flavours of Spain and Italy.Ember Yard is located in the heart of Soho and is a lovely two storey restaurant and bar, with an open plan kitchen on the ground floor and a cool and cosy bar on the lower ground floor. Le Manicomio Restaurant est situé au 85, Duke of York Square, juste à côté de la galerie Saatchi. Le menu est italien moderne et de saison. Tous les poissons sont pêchés à la ligne.
