Pachamama East focuses on fresh seasonal produce and applies the bold flavours, aromas, textures and spices that make Asian food so utterly tasty. The restaurant offers a unique experience to its sister sites, which have developed a strong following for their vibrant food and ambience, as it is the first to explore the delicious spectrum of Asian flavours that are inherent in Peruvian cuisine.
Founded in 2012 by brothers Gabriel and Jose Luis Gonzalez, LIMA is a short 5-minute walk from Tottenham Court and Goodge Street Tube Stations. The restaurant offers a modern, minimalist interpretation of traditional Peruvian culture, with décor inspired by Peru’s vibrant multiculturalism and stunning landscapes. The kitchen is led by Culinary Director Roberto Sihuay, a renowned Peruvian chef, and delivers a menu featuring creative twists on Chifa (Chinese) and Nikkei (Japanese) cuisine, inspired by the dishes from his childhood—such as Shiso Tempura with Otoro and salsa cevichera.
