Wir sind ein kleines familiengeführtes Restaurant im Herzen Eppendorfs. Wir laden Sie ein, die klassisch-französische Küche mit deutlichen Akzenten Marokkos kennenzulernen.Wir freuen uns auf Sie! In der Musik nennt man das wohl absolutes Gehör. Wahabi Nouri, der aus Casablanca stammt und bei Größen wie Harald Wohlfahrt lernte, trifft beim Kochen so sicher den richtigen Ton, dass man nur – nein, nicht bloß einmal – staunt. Die meist französisch ausgelegten Gerichte harmonieren auf eine ganz selbstverständlich wirkende Art. So genossen wir einen mit Basilikum und geschrotetem schwarzem Pfeffer exakt abgeschmeckten Kartoffelsalat, dessen Cremigkeit und Würze von einem ingwergebeizten Stück Lachs perfekt ergänzt wurde.(Gault Millau 2009)
