Good Gilbert is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, Wilson, Izzy, and the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome with their impeccable and friendly service. Their warmth and attentiveness truly elevated our dining experience. Perfect for a date night, we opted for the *Feed Me* menu, which was an absolute delight and fantastic value. Every dish was thoughtfully curated, but the standout highlights were the indulgent blueberry cheesecake and the perfectly crisp cassava crackers—both unforgettable! The cosy ambiance transported us straight to the charming streets of Paris, making the whole experience even more special. The wine selection was phenomenal, with a carefully curated list that impressed, and their range of non-alcoholic cocktails was just as exciting. Made to feel very welcome, well designed furniture and fit out with an impressive bar. Excellent hand picked selection of wine and lots of other choices. Had a selection of delicious starters. The service was excellent, there when you need it but not obtrusive. I’ll be back to enjoy again. Thanks Graham
