Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. Toutefois, le Chef cuisinier Jason Saxby utilise rarement des ingrédients importés et est influencé davantage par les saisons et les techniques de cuisson modernes plutôt que par les recettes traditionnelles.     Dinner here on a Saturday night, group of 4. Our meals were very good, took a while for plates to be cleared. As the night went on and more people came in, the noise level increased, may be the background music could have been turned off.

    Amazing and Wow!! What an incredible dining experience at Manu's French restaurant last night! The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the ambiance was intimate and elegant. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, and the wine list was extensive and well-curated. Manu's passion for French cuisine shines through in every aspect of the restaurant. We can't wait to come back and indulge again!

    Amazing place!! From the minute you arrive, your waiter/waitress service and meals are absolutely outstanding. Loved the stylish decor and hearing/ watching the coffee beans above. Nice to walk around the buildings and absorb it’s history. A definite must to visit!!
