NAT, our executive chef who has a passion for cooking with his Le Cordon Bleu studied from patisserie to cuisine and many years of experience in the Australian fine-dining restaurant such as Sailor Thai. More importantly, he always spent time in the top hat restaurant not only in Australian but also around the world. He was into in various cuisines and started learning by himself.     An evening out with 7 girlfriends to celebrate some birthdays. We were greeted by the friendly staff when we arrived and taken to our seats. From that point the service was excellent, staff knew the menu and were able to recommend meals and we weren’t let down food was amazing, and cocktail delicious.  Definitely recommend but if you’re looking for a quiet dinner I would go a little bit later. We went at 6:30 and there were quite a few families there so it was a little noisey but we still had a great night.

    Tonight we enjoyed several entrees and dessert, many times we've chosen from the mains. Tasty dishes, nice wines and lovely staff. Always enjoy our pre theatre time here. Thankyou ....

    Absolutely amazing place! Love the entrance into the bar, but the bar itself is gorgeous. The cocktails and food were next level but the best part of the experience were the bar staff! These girls were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend!
