You can rest assured that we are doing our best to adhere to the government guidelines for hospitality venues and we would like all our patrons to be aware of some changes. Please be aware that it is a very trying time for us. Service will not be what you have known and we appreciate your patience during this time. All our food offering is currently made by Santoni pizzeria- due massive demand on their kitchen please be aware that we have been experiencing very large wait times on all food. Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards.     Ethan was a lovely bloke and so inviting, made us feel welcome all night. The place has a great old school pub vibe to it which a lot of pubs don’t these days, plus two pool tables which is rare as you are lucky to find one at most pubs nowadays. All in all a great pub and experience, will definitely be back again!! Lots of love, Tynan & Julz xx

    We booked a table for the afl final and had the absolute best time. The pizza was delicious, the staff were soooo friendly and when there was a delay on the food, the staff were so apologetic and really looked after us. This is hands down our spot for summer we love it here! We’ve been here a few times now and it never disappoints 💜😄 Special thank you to Sheree, the barman who recently had an ear ache and the guy with a spider web tattoo I’m sorry I dont know your names!
