Welcome to Aces! We’re a venue that speaks to the popularity of italian food. our modernised dining space combines classic old-school touches with an 80s bar, along with a nod to one of Adelaide’s most iconic precincts, Chinatown. Aces has a rich 30-year history; its original site was the local hangout for some of Adelaide central market’s most famous families and traders. Our evolving story has just become a lot more fun with our new multi-level hospitality venue. Our ground-level contemporary dining speaks to the popularity of italian food. It’s reminiscent of the way things were, but with a little extra spark, a little extra radiance, along with its old-school showmanship. The modern italian cuisine at Godi La Vita is an experience you need to try to recommend to your friends. Other great dishes are the one kg Deep Pan Pizza which is thick and loaded with ingredients, perfect for sharing the pizza-love with your friends. House made gnocchi are the softest potato pillows that will melt in your mouth, but before you start your meal you have to try our famous cheesy garlic bread, and to finish home made desserts as tiramisu semifreddo or chocolate tortino.

    We chose the feed me menu and it was just the right size and every dish was excellent. They also came out quickly and without large gaps between each dish that can make you feel full before you’re even halfway done. The service was friendly but not obtrusive and the cocktails were delicious!

    Exceptional service with a waiter with a great personality who entertained my clients beautifully. The food was beautiful. The only downside was the noise so glad we were at the end where the doors were open.

    We had breakfast for my daughters birthday. Our meals were beautiful. Highly recommend Cafe VaBene. All staff were lovely too.

    Food and service were amazing! Some of the best Italian food we've had. Highly recommend coming here for a great all round experience. Service was quick and really warm. We were lucky enough to try a few cocktails and they were all great! Can't wait to come back again. Thank you to Danielle, our waiter, he was lovely and very attentive
