In 1935, a post-Prohibition tavern named Colony Grill opened in an Irish immigrant neighborhood in Stamford, Connecticut.Across the decades, Colony has become famous for what is now its only menu offering: a one-of-a-kind, thin-crust pizza that is best served with the signature "hot oil" topping.Colony’s famous "bar pies” are extremely thin crust, smaller in diameter than a traditional pizza, and not too much cheese or sauce so that slices can be easily managed with one hand, fittingly leaving the other hand free to hold a glass. Today, Colony Grill has multiple "grill-less" locations across Connecticut, New York, Virginia, Maryland, and Florida. - Colony Grill at Midtown-Tampa is located in the Midtown Tampa development, conveniently off of I-275, situated between N Dale Mabry, N Himes, and Cypress St. Colony Grill offers carry out and delivery, as well as indoor & outdoor space for events up to 100 guests.

In addition, Quality Foods Market offers a curated wine list with selections from all over the world, and an unrivaled craft and imported beer selection. Executive Chef Christopher Houp takes the time to interact with each and every guest throughout the dining experience, taking the Chef's Table concept to a whole new level. Tables are limited, with just 16 seats inside, and an additional 16 seats for al fresco dining. Our guests are treated to a true Italian dining experience, as we allow a minimum of three hours between reservations.
