Il a travaillé dur et finalement acheté sa propre pizzeria à Brooklyn. À cet endroit, oncle Angelo allait inventer une recette pour la pizza cuite au four à charbon. Cette recette fut perfectionnée pendant 60 ans et transmise à travers les générations.
