Paloma opened in 2022 in The Van Aken District by Carl Quagliata and Zach Ladner’s Q&L Hospitality.Paloma has been led by two remarkable young women who have been part of the Q & L Hospitality family for more than a decade. Alyssa Ladner serves as the General Manager, overseeing the front of house and the beverage program. She collaborates closely with Chef de Cuisine Ky’tana Bradley, who manages the kitchen.Originally launched as a casual taco concept in 2022, Paloma has transformed over the past two years into something much more sophisticated. While tacos remain available at the bar, our dinner menu now showcases a selection of artfully crafted appetizers, main courses, and desserts, with steaks being a highlight. Our inspiration comes from the diverse flavors, ingredients, and techniques of Latin America.The goal at Paloma is simple: give people the best food and the best service that we can in a space that can only be described as transformative.

Le chef expose son savoir-faire et livre ses astuces! Vous en aurez plein la vue! L’art ancien japonais du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante) n’aura plus de secrets pour vous. Il vous restera à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des mets proposés (boeuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.). Vous pouvez également déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Le Benihana de Cleveland est situé juste après le Pavilion Mall, un kilomètre et demi à l'ouest de l'autoroute 271, en face des appartements Vue. Prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'au niveau inférieur de l'immeuble à bureaux et entrez dans la salle à manger. Venez pour le dîner ou pour un souper pareil à nul autre. S'il vous plaît garder à l'esprit que le restaurant est fermé entre le dîner et le souper, c'est-à-dire de 14h30 à 17h, du lundi au jeudi. Il rouvre à 17h pour le souper et le «happy hour».
