It represented an innovation for the creative needs of Carlos Gómez Senderos and his love for bakery. The first restaurant of the group-Carolo Bosques-was created for Carlos to have a place to work. And that’s when the story began. From that moment on, Grupo Carolo has opened several restaurants.
