Le restaurant Sazerac porte son nom à cause d'un cocktail très ancien créé en Louisiane dans les années 1830 à base de whisky de seigle, du herbsaint, du bitters et un cube de sucre. C'est un excellent mélange qui vous donne une bonne idée de l'endroit d'où viennent les propriétaires. Situé à côté de l'hôtel Monaco Seattle, le restaurant propose des menus de nourriture et le bar du Sazerac mélange à la perfection les classiques avec une inspiration plus contemporaine de la région du Nord-Ouest du Pacifique dans un cadre élégant et éclectique qui vous accueille à bras ouverts.     I always enjoy my time at JOEY!! My favorite one is the UVillage one because my favorite staff member, Riley is there. She always makes it her mission to ensure we are having the best experience and she is incredibly funny, kind and intentional. She always makes our time memorable. I wish more people would understand how important it is to bring joy to a dining experience. You never know who could need it. Thanks!!

    Beautiful restaurant! Great for groups. We had 10 people for a family birthday with all ages from teens to 70. I think it is noisy and laid-back enough to bring little kids/babies too. Everyone in our group enjoyed the fun setting, which was elegant but modern and relaxed. Everyone found something they loved on the menu, it had a lot of variety.

    My friends and I picked this for lunch as we saw a 20% off promo - the food and ambience were great, the service was a little bit slow, and that is tough when you are dining midday during a lunch break!
