100% Plant-Based restaurant in Wicker Park. We have always had the core belief of being as good to ourselves (and the earth) as possible, but as we grow, we have always wanted to do more. With this desire, we decided to open Bloom Plant Based kitchen. Not only is eating a more plant-based diet healthier and more forgiving to one’s body, but it is significantly better for the environment. However, with healthy plant-based options not being the popular choice, we know we have stiff competition. We like to say that we are International Vegan Restaurant. That means our food is 100% plant based and Globally Inspired. We have a few American classics like homemade veggie burgers, mac and cheese and of course Nachos. However, we also have plenty of healthy options. Our Kitchen Manager specializes in creating comfort dishes from different cultures by making food that is hearty and flavorful, but still healthy. Many food items will have a focus on plants, rather than trying to mimic meat. Reading our menu is like traveling the globe with the different options we will have. Have a taste of Mediterranean, Middle East, Asia, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Italy, Balkans and so much more! Brunch Menu is available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.     Americano far exceeded what we expected! It is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful, elegant booths, stunning decor and so classy. Best martinis in the city and a great menu! We can't wait to go back!

    What an amazing experience! The food flavors and visual presentation were just delightful! Our hostess Lilly was knowledgeable and attentive. The entire experience was wonderful! This is going to be one of our go-to restaurants going forward. Whether you are vegan or not, this is a must-try! We loved it!

    Me gustó mucho ir a este restaurante/bar aunque no tienen variedad de platillos las bebidas son muy buenas y tienen una excelente presentación. Es un lugar muy elegante tome bastantes fotos y me encantó la decoracion y las caras que tiene en el bar una verdadera obra de arte. Definitivamente regresaré otro día!!

    1st time hear celebrating my best Friend's birthday and yes they Didn't charge us for the dessert but all the server did was put a candle on it and come out and hand it to her no special song or Even say Happy Birthday just lit the candle and put it down in front of her and walked away. Grateful for the dessert but It would have been nice to sing a little Happy Birthday or make it a little special for her since it was a milestone birthday. When I asked about things on the menu the server seemed bothered that I asked...we never been here so I was asking what he suggests. Maybe he had something on his mind but they AUTOMATICALLY ADD 18% gratuity to your bill so I assume that's why he really didn't care. I tipped in addition to that added gratuity but the service on this 1st experience was not warm or welcoming. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was amazing that I would give 5 stars the drinks during happy hour were also very tasty we will be back...and hopefully we will experience better service. The food was spot on...loved it!!

    We enjoyed its convenience to Redtwist Theater. The food was made on site with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the broccoli soup. Our server was delightful and efficient. Atmosphere is sophisticated and comfortable. This is clearly a place where people come both for just a cup of coffee or a nice sit-down meal. Don't be confused by the Julius Meinl signs on the outside. This is not just a coffee shop!
