La restauratrice Sara Grizzle (travaillant par le passé au Rédemption Grill et au Essex) et le renommé chef de la chaîne de télévision Food Network, Abe Lopez, se sont associés pour créer un nouveau restaurant à ne pas manquer dans l'East Village de Manhattan qui sert les meilleurs « tapas » en ville ainsi que plusieurs autres petits plats à partager. Le menu en offre pour tous les goûts et toutes les préférences. Les plats proposés sauront certainement satisfaire autant les carnivores que les végétaliens. Le fait de servir des « tapas » permet à n'importe quel groupe, autant éclectique soit-il, d'en sortir satisfait. On y retrouve également une carte des vins recherchée, un bon choix de bières en fût et en bouteille ainsi que certains cocktails très originaux. Ne manquez surtout pas le Mojito au gingembre.
