Le chef Michael Psilakis propose une cuisine d'inspiration grecque primée à Westchester avec l'ouverture de son restaurant MP Taverna, une interprétation moderne d'une taverne grecque traditionnelle. Composé de copieux plats grecs de Psilakis, le menu accessible de l'établissement est énoncé dans une jargon culinaire américain.
