Tel Aviv beach vibes, upbeat Israeli tunes and fresh scents of falafel and sizzling skewers will welcome you into Rina. Casual, fresh and bright plates, putting a unique spin on traditional Israeli street food and hospitality traditions. Some recipes, including the falafel, have been passed down for generations through Baum’s (our owner!) family and were first served at Rina’s own falafel stand in Israel in the 1950’s. No wonder she chose to name the restaurant after the women who embedded some of the fondest memories of her upbringing. Le Nino’s a ouvert ses portes en 1968. Il est exploité depuis 1982 par son propriétaire Antonio Noviello, originaire de la côte Amalfitaine, au sud de l’Italie. Après avoir travaillé à Monte Carlo, il s’envole pour les Bermudes où il rencontre sa femme Helen, qui vit à Atlanta. Il décide de la rejoindre et s’y installe en 1981 avec l’objectif de réaliser son rêve de toujours. Il se lance alors dans l’achat d’un restaurant, qui deviendra le Nino’s. Depuis maintenant plus de vingt ans, Antonio propose avec fierté une cuisine italienne authentique, élaborée à partir d’ingrédients frais et importés directement d’Italie. Chaque plat commandé est préparé à la minute. La qualité exceptionnelle de la carte contribue depuis des années à la réputation sans faille de l’établissement, qui a séduit et fidélisé de nombreux locaux, mais aussi un bon nombre de célébrités qui se bousculent pour venir tester ce restaurant si acclamé. La plupart des plats présents sur la carte sont créés d’après des recettes ancestrales rapportées d’Italie par Antonio et son frère Giuseppe. Vous êtes invité à venir vous détendre et goûter ses trésors culinaires italiens, garants d’une expérience inoubliable.
