Teatro se traduit par « théâtre » en italien, et cet établissement du même nom rend hommage à son emplacement, dans le quartier des arts et du théâtre à Calgary. Depuis plus de 20 ans, le Teatro est au service de la cuisine méditerranéenne contemporaine dans une ambiance gastronomique, logé dans le bâtiment historique de la Dominion Bank de Toronto (construit en 1911).
