La beauté unique de la salle s'organise autour d'une magnifique fontaine en pierre calcaire, ornée d'une énorme urne de 275 ans en son centre, un bronze français de David Williams. Walk-ins are always encouraged, with reservations taken only for Boozy Tea. With interiors designed by world-renowned design firm Studio Munge, the sophisticated lounge is tucked behind heavy floor-to-ceiling drapery and boasts a dark and moody atmosphere with custom leather sofas, vintage rugs, cozy banquettes and a curated art collection. Anchored around a double-sided fireplace, the 54-person bar offers guests with a selection of classic and seasonal cocktails, wine and local beers along with a menu of elevated bar bites by Pendry Chicago’s Executive Mark Shoemaker and Sunday Afternoon Boozy Tea, available by reservation only.

We like to say that we are International Vegan Restaurant. That means our food is 100% plant based and Globally Inspired. We have a few American classics like homemade veggie burgers, mac and cheese and of course Nachos. However, we also have plenty of healthy options. Our Kitchen Manager specializes in creating comfort dishes from different cultures by making food that is hearty and flavorful, but still healthy. Many food items will have a focus on plants, rather than trying to mimic meat. Reading our menu is like traveling the globe with the different options we will have.
