The seasonal menus have been set up in four courses with multiple selections within each course, allowing you to "choose your own four course adventure" with the option of wine pairings selected by our expert sommelier. All items are also available a la carte. We offer happy hour Tuesday - Sunday from 3pm-6pm, with discounted drinks and bar appetizers. Talking up St. Louis' wide-ranging Italian eatery scene, which gets as specific as regional specialties, he says he's wanted to have a place like this since he was 18."We're going to start very simple and accessible," he says, "we'll play to the crowd and start a dialogue, then grow the menu with community input.""Simple," includes dishes like his tomato bisque, with which only has five ingredients. "It's all about the perfect balance. And that gets back to the essence of good Italian food: quality ingredients, very few, in perfect balance." Other examples include his St. Louis-style, thin-crust pizza, best compared to a flat-bread.
