The Black Cat Café is owned and run by PALS, a nonprofit animal rescue organization. Although every dime we make goes directly to the 600 homeless animals we save every year, we also know that our café succeeds because it is an awesome place to eat. Les Happy Hour se déroulent entre 16h30 et 18h30 du lundi au vendredi.
