Il suffit de mettre un pied dans le confortable établissement pour réaliser à quel point le restaurant Hy's respecte la tradition. Les murs polis en acajou, le bar à cocktails, les meubles en bois massif et les œuvres d'art ont été maintenus avec amour depuis que le restaurant s'est installé en 1962.
