We specialize in Aburi, or flamed-seared sushi, which was developed nearly a century ago in Japan. Mon mari et moi sommes sortis pour une soirée sans enfants. L’ambiance est bruyante et mon mari ne pouvait pas m’entendre, mais si vous êtes en groupe et vous aimez être entouré de beaucoup de gens dynamiques, ça va! Nos repas étaient bien préparés et délicieux, mais rien d’extraordinaire. Mon mari a pris la soupe à l’oignon pour commencer, et moi, une salade. On a assez mangé après notre plat principal et on ne pouvait pas prendre un dessert. C’est un bon restau typique/classique (c’est-à-dire pas innovateur ni créatif).
