Chaque assiette est soigneusement conçue pour évoquer la façon dont la grand-mère de Thanos cuisinait, vous invitant à découvrir la Grèce dans laquelle il a grandi à travers la nourriture, l'art et la musique. Décorée dans le style d'un marché ouvert, la salle est construite en blocs de béton blanc, créant un effet similaire au stuc utilisé dans l'ensemble de la Grèce.
