Les murs polis en acajou, le bar à cocktails, les meubles en bois massif et les œuvres d'art ont été maintenus avec amour depuis que le restaurant s'est installé en 1962. Le menu reste inchangé, à quelques exceptions près, et propose le meilleur du bœuf de qualité canadien et des fruits de mer, sans oublier le sublime toast au fromage du Hy's.
