The Tavern Underground, the lower level of The Carlin, introduces a tastefully designed, modern-meets-casual take on classic American tavern culture.We offer limited reservation availability up to 8pm, along with bar seating and tables that are always available first come, first serve. BoLD serves an elevated American breakfast and brunch, followed by a Mediterranean-inspired lunch, happy hour and dinner.We're open from 8:00 a.m Monday-Friday and 7:30 a.m Saturday and Sunday for breakfast and brunch, serve lunch from 11:30, happy hour runs from 2:00-6:00 and dinner's from 5:00-9 p.m. We only accept reservations in the evening - at any other time of day, please phone ahead.

Visitors can bring cheese and charcuterie plates from our neighbor the Breckenridge Cheese Shop (we recommend ordering ahead, hours may vary) to enjoy while wine tasting. We have live music on our patio every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5pm-7pm.

We're a favorite in Breckenridge for pizza, beer, and all the good times that come along with them. Reservations for parties 6 guests are less are 70 minutes, 7 - 12 guests are 85 minutes. Please, call if your group requires a longer visit.
