Cooked over an open flame, the traditional method of low heat and smoke enhances the salmon flavor while preserving freshness and texture. Available in individual (8 oz. fillet with two sides, $29) or family style (2 1/2 pounds with one pound of corn and red potatoes, $95) presentations.
