The experience consists of a series of small plates and a progression of seasonal nigiri. We are inspired by the Japanese concept of ichi-go ichi-e, 一期一会, or “one time, one meeting. Our goal is not to recreate the sushiya of Japan, but to offer an experience that represents who and where we are, while respecting and honoring the traditions of edomae sushi. Inspired by the concept of omotenashi, but rooted in southern hospitality.
