Il sert également une formule aux clients du théâtre Paper Mill situé juste en face avant le spectacle. Le chef cuisinier renommé Holly Guber est fier de diriger cet établissement récemment rénové, qui ouvre indépendamment du théâtre. Vous pourrez y déguster des plats en petites ou en grandes portions, ainsi qu'une incroyable gamme de vins servis au verre.
