Conçu par le Shimoda Design Group et le Harwood Design Team, basés à Los Angeles, le Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar est le tout dernier concept en matière de restaurant. Il possède la plus grande terrasse verdoyante de Dallas. Située à côté du gratte-ciel Saint Ann Court, l'ancienne école St. Ann a été préservée et transformée par Harwood International en un bar-restaurant entouré de jardins et de lieux artistiques. Il est ouvert pour le dîner, le souper, le brunch, et sert des boissons. La structure originale a été construite en 1927 comme première école de Dallas pour les enfants hispaniques. En plus de la structure d'origine, le Harwood International a conservé la fresque de « Notre-Dame de Guadalupe », qui est le point focal des jardins.
