Le Derby est bien plus qu'un simple restaurant. Fondé en 1922, l'établissement à la gestion familiale depuis 1951 est un grand musée présentant quelques-uns des plus grands moments des courses de chevaux. Venez faire une pause loin de l'agitation de la vie moderne et voyagez au temps de George Woolf et Seabiscuit, pour revivre l'exaltation de la course du siècle. L'établissement excelle dans l'art de vous proposer les viandes de meilleure qualité et les fruits de mer frais préparés par le chef exécutif, qui raviront même les plus exigeants. Le menu met en valeurs certains plats, comme le filet roulé au bacon, le Delmonico New York, les côtelettes primées et les crevettes.
