Le Cetrella (prononcer "che-trella") tire son nom de la vallée de Cetrella, sur l'île de Capri, et des herbes aromatiques cetra. Le Cetrella Los Altos se distingue par sa cuisine alliant les saveurs du pourtour méditerranéen, sa simplicité rustique, son talent artistique ainsi que son goût pour le luxe. Vous dînerez dans les salles à manger principales Cetrella Valley et Silicon Valley, dans les salles privées Grotto et Gorve à taille variable, en terrasse ou bien au bar de l'établissement. Les œuvres d'art de l'artiste Matt Farrar, originaire de Santa Cruz, représentent le ruisseau, les contreforts et les séquoias des environs. Elles apportent du caractère aux salles à manger. Le chef cuisinier exécutif Michael Ellis prépare des plats savoureux inspirés de la cuisine du pourtour méditerranéen et de la Californie tels que des salades et des soupes de saison, des fruits de mer crus, des dégustations de fromages, du pain et des pâtes faits maison, ainsi que des légumes, du poisson, de la volaille et du gibier grillés.
