Locally sourced and seasonally inspired, Tavern on Kruse changes menus every 12 weeks as we weave the season's perfectly-fresh and perfectly ripe bounty into our offerings. Our executive chef, Nathan Bates, spent four and half years at the Michelin 3-Star "Fifth Floor" in San Francisco. Our space is elegant, but our staff is friendly and jovial as we see "people" as the reason for dining. We look forward to meeting you.

Don’s Favorite Foods is a prix-fixe restaurant created by husband and wife team Chef Don Salamone and Kate Laurents in partnership with Sommelier Adam Galbraith. You might find scallops still in their shells, Oregon pork in the style of Braciole, & popovers I learned to make from my mother-in-law, Terry, because she makes those every Christmas morning... beef tartare, sea urchin, caviar, etc too.
