Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week.     Last night was perfect. We walked in and were seated immediately for our reservation. The wait staff was courteous and polite. The food was delicious.

    We we are visiting from Kentucky so of course was wanting seafood, but some us were not getting in later in the evening, 8:30 on a Wednesday so not a lot of sit down restaurants were open for a late dinner. We found Docks and it was great! By the water and a lot of food choices! Storm was our bartender and server and did amazing! Unfortunately I didn’t take any food pictures, but we enjoyed everything and drinks!

    All of the staff there was truly amazing. From Kassandra at the spa, to the pool manager Nick, to Hannah and Kyle. The fact that I remember all of their names after an entire day of being outside in a pumpkin patch with three kids, speaks volumes in itself. I had a wonderful time thanks to them. You guys are amazing!!

    Amazing staff! Beautiful setting. Cozy and fun for cool fall evening….but I can see all seasons being so perfect here. They had live music that was wonderful. Food and drinks delicious! All the stars. Will definitely be back!
