Après avoir passé plus de 30 ans dans son quartier d'origine, l'Inner Harbor, le Phillips Seafood a déménagé au sein du port de Baltimore. Dinner and service were good. Very good scallops and shrimp. Also good crabcakes. The main issue I had is OVERPRICED. A few days before we went to a VERY high end restaurant in Chicago so we're not opposed to spending money on dinner. Anyway ... I opted for the Ultimate crab cake for $49 ... it should have just been named "Crab Cake'. I most likely will NOT be going back the next time in Baltimore. While the food was good, it's just not worth the asking price.

The food was great! Soft shell crab sandwich could have been a bit meatier and less fishy taste but overall was good, fry’s were seasoned very well. The hostess couldn’t find my reservation so I had to point it out to her on the iPad and told her the rest of my party was there and sat, she tells me “oh you can go find your party”. Then I goto my table and the server comes over about 10 minutes after sitting down and she tells us that she will be over in just a minute. She doesn’t come over for another 10 minutes. We sat there for 20 minutes with no drinks or even being greeted. She finally comes over asks us if we want drinks and if we wanted to put in an appetizer, I begin to ask my party if they would like an appetizer, no one said they couldn’t hear her we were just discussing if we wanted one so she decided to repeat herself VERY LOUDY AND SMART as if we ddnt hear her. I let her know A. Idk why you’re getting loud B. I just asked my party if they want an appetizer C. We needed a few more minutes. The food was good but if that’s the service you give to your customers in a rather nicer establishment I will NOT be coming back.

We arrived early for our reservation and were able to be seated right away. The server was friendly and it seemed every other server appeared friendly. Our table ordered the eight ounce crab cake, crab cake sandwich, fish sandwich, and lobster roll. Our food was tasty. The lower rating was because our server forgot items. I switched out the asparagus for corn (which is oddly an up-charge), and she put the order in wrong. ((She didn’t write anything down.) I was practically finished with my food by the time the corn showed up. I asked our server for salt for the corn. She never came back with it. 15 minutes later she walked past and didn’t even remember about the salt. So I just ate the corn without.

Overall it was a good experience. The prefix drinks were not good, ex, the sangria.

Still high quality food and great service. Definitely want to have reservations on busy days. Think ahead and save time.

Tables in dining room were half empty, but there were 20 people waiting for tables. The service was slow. We got our appetizer and still didn't have silverware. Typical chain restaurant in a tourist area. Food was OK, had surf & turf which the turf was not a filet. The steak was hard to cut but not bad. Wife had HUGE crabcake that had large chunks of crab.

Stopped here after our trip to the National Aquarium. Food was excellent and service was phenomenal! Definitely recommend making a reservation because the wait was 30-45 minutes without one. Overall, great experience and will definitely be back!
